You might have noticed that when ever you delete files from your computer it goes to recycle bin.It is always the right decision to empty Recycle Bin because when there is heavy file size in Recycle Bin than it loads a computer memory. As a result computer slows down. so, in order to delete files directly without sending them to Recycle Bin follow this steps :
1. Right click the Recycle bin and select 'Properties.

2. Tick the box 'Do not move the files to the Recycle Bin. Remove filed immediately when deleted.'
3. Click 'OK'
Now your settings are saved. The next time you delete the files it will be deleted from the computer permanently.
You can reverse the settings just by unchecking the option 'Do not move the files to the Recycle Bin. Remove filed immediately when deleted.'
Alternative Method of Permanent Deletion
1. Single click the file or folder, which you want to delete permanently.
The file/folder will be colored (as it is been selected) then hold
SHIFT key, and then press DELETE key. A dialog box will appear with 'Are
you sure you want to delete '...'?
2. Click 'OK' and your file/folder will be deleted permanently.
