Step 1 »» Before you start, you should remove any Facebook connect logins and all linked accounts so that you won’t accidentally login to Facebook.
Step 2 »» Sign in to your Facebook account.
Step 3 »» Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account
Step 4 »» Click Submit and follow the instructions.
Step 5 »» Now Type in your Password , and then Solve the Captcha . Click Okay to continue.
Step 6 »» Click OK again. Now your account will take 14 day’s to delete.
Any interaction with the account during that period could prevent it from being deleted.
and if you do not use Facebook in any way during that period, your account will be deleted completely.
